Board Committees Audit and Remuneration Committees

The Audit Committee’s statutory role is to assist the Board of Directors in maintaining the company’s financial integrity by supervising its financial reporting, internal and external audits, internal controls and the financial relationship between the company and its shareholders. The members of the Audit Committee have full investigative powers to fulfil their supervisory role; indeed, their investigative powers are identical to those vested by law in a company auditor.

The Remuneration Committee’s statutory mission is to assist the Board of Directors in determining the remuneration and fees of the company’s senior executives (chairman, CEOs, general managers and employees reporting directly to them).
